San Diego Clean Water Alliance
There is a NEW LOCATION for the San Diego Clean Water Alliance home page. It includes reports and information on the work done by San Diego Baykeeper, the Environmental Health Coalition, Sierra Club and Surfrider to modify the design of the International Wastewater Treatment Plant on the US-Mexico border.
The site will be updated in the fall of 1998, when the final report is released.
