Election 2000 is complete (at least for this race) Susan Davis has replaced Mr. Bilbray.  Final results: Precincts Reporting 100%  Susan Davis, Dem 107,026 49.60% Brian Bilbray, GOP (i) 99,763   46.24%  Doris Ball, Lib 6,1111   2.83% Tahir Bhatti, NLP 2,864    1.33% CONGRATULATIONS SUSAN!  Ms. Davis won thanks to the efforts of more than 2000 hard-working volunteers and support from organizations such as  Emily's List.
